Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. When will my credit card be billed?
A. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the item is received in our warehouse. You will be notified by e-mail when a shipment is sent, telling you when the item was shipped and the expected delivery date.
Q. What is a pre-order?
A. Pre-Orders are orders we accept for an item before it comes in stock. In many cases, new items are introduced by manufacturers up to 120 days before the item will be in our warehouse. As orders are placed on our website, the merchandise "zero's" down until it becomes sold out. In this way, we do not over sell what has been committed to our website.

Q. What is your return and cancellation policy?
